I saw this on the way to checking out the art exhibits at MOCA.

I bet they were planning to open up again after Obama was elected, and wisely held out to see how things would go before committing one way or the other.

So I was walking to the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) exhibit on Capital when I stumbled across a very interesting sign in Little Tokyo…
